Terms of Service

Last updated: September 7, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the StageWire platform operated by StageWire Collective LLC (“StageWire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

Description of Service

StageWire provides a broadcast hub that enables venues and promoters to distribute event announcements to local calendars, media outlets, and community news sources from a single interface. The service includes event management, destination dispatch, template management, data source integrations, and automated auditing tools.

Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate information when registering an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the content your organization submits to the platform. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We protect your data and use it only as needed to operate the application, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Submit false, misleading, or infringing event information.
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other organizations without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service, its servers, or its integrations.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.

Intellectual Property

The StageWire platform, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of StageWire Collective LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the event data and content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely as needed to operate and provide the service.

Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis through our payment provider, Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly cycle. You may upgrade, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Community Arts plan is limited to five (5) events per month, the Essential plan to ten (10), and the Pro plan to fifty (50). The Enterprise plan is subject to a custom agreement. Usage in excess of your plan's limits may require an upgrade.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that event announcements will be published by third-party destinations, nor do we warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StageWire Collective LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or if your account becomes inactive. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StageWire Collective LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
