Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 7, 2026

Introduction

StageWire Collective LLC (“StageWire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the StageWire platform, a broadcast hub that helps venues and promoters distribute event announcements to local calendars, media outlets, and community news sources. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and services.

We are committed to protecting your data and using it only as needed to operate the application and provide the services you request. By using StageWire, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the application:

  • Account information: name, email address, and role within your organization.
  • Organization data: venue names, event details, destination contacts, and integration configurations you provide.
  • Usage data: activity logs, dispatch records, and agent run summaries generated as you use the platform.
  • Billing information: processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information only as needed to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the StageWire platform and its features.
  • Process event broadcasts, dispatches, and delivery to your selected destinations.
  • Authenticate your account and secure access to your organization's data.
  • Send service-related communications such as onboarding, billing, and support updates.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Protection & Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to your organization's data is restricted through row-level security so that only authorized members of your team can view or manage it. Sensitive credentials such as API keys and integration tokens are stored securely and never exposed in the application interface.

Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. StageWire never stores full credit card numbers.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We share your data only when necessary to operate the service — for example, sending your event announcements to the destinations you select. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of StageWire, our users, or others.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Certain records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as auditing and dispute resolution.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and review the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.

Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to maintain your authenticated session and ensure the application functions correctly. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

Third-Party Services

StageWire integrates with third-party services such as Airtable, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Stripe to provide its features. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We only share data with these providers as needed to perform the functions you request within the application.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
